Chris Ebright
Chris Ebright is the Lead Instructor for The University of Toledo EMS Program, where he provides all aspects of primary EMS education in-house, as well as continuing education for numerous EMS services within Toledo and Northwest Ohio. Chris has been a Nationally Registered paramedic for 31 years, providing primary EMS response and critical care transportation. He has taught hundreds of first responders, EMT's, paramedics, and nurses with his trademark whiteboard sessions, including students from the Cayman Islands, India, and Australia. Chris has also been a featured presenter at numerous local, state, and national EMS conferences over the past 19 years.

Dawn Carpenter
DNP, ACNP-BC, CCRN, FAANPDawn Carpenter, is a practicing Acute Care Nurse Practitioner in the surgical/trauma intensive care unit at Guthrie. Dawn Carpenter has over 30 years caring for critically ill and injured populations. She is a practicing Nurse Practitioner with the Trauma and Surgical ICU team at Guthrie Healthcare system and an Associate Professor at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Dawn is a nationally known speaker and author on a variety of critical care topics. Additionally, she is actively engaged at the national level with the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, the Society of Critical Care Medicine and regionally with the Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation research committee.
Douglas Hexel
Doug Hexel is a Career Fire Officer, Urban Search and Rescue Specialist, Paramedic, and Law Enforcement Officer. He is a Fire, EMS, and Law Enforcement Instructor for New York State, and he sits on the State’s Pediatric EMS Advisory Committee. Doug teaches at conferences around the country, primarily focusing on “bridging the gap” between Fire and EMS in Technical Rescue. He is a sworn New York State Peace Officer and holds Technician-level certifications in Hazardous Materials, Rope, Confined Space, Trench, Swiftwater, and Collapse Rescue.

Dr. Adam Breslin
Dr. Adam Breslin is a native of the Southern Tier, born and raised in Greene, NY. His first exposure to EMS was as a volunteer firefighter and EMT with Elmira Heights Fire Department during college. He then worked as a paramedic supervisor at Bangs Ambulance in Ithaca, NY and subsequently became a critical care flight paramedic with LifeNet of NY and Guthrie Air. Dr. Breslin then attended St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies followed by completion of Emergency Medicine residency at Duke University Hospital and Critical Care Medicine fellowship at the University of Rochester Medical Center. He is the Director of the Medical ICU at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital and the medical director of three Air Methods bases including LifeNet of NY in Hornell and Sidney, NY and Guthrie Air in Sayre, PA. Dr. Breslin is also an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine & Critical Care Medicine for Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine and faculty for the Internal Medicine residency, Emergency Medicine residency, and Pulmonary/Critical Care Medicine fellowship at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital.
Dr. Greg Christiansen
DO, MEdGreg Christiansen, DO, MEd, is an emergency physician at Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, Pennsylvania, where he serves as the Program Director of the Emergency Medicine Residency program. He has a wide breadth of experience in EMS having served as a medical director of private and municipal agencies as well serving on board of directors for state regional councils in NC, VA, NY & PA. He has held leadership positions at the national level for emergency medicine organizations and has numerous publications in Emergency Medicine literature. His interests include airway management, resuscitation, medical education, and simulation. Dr. Christiansen is committed to strengthening the partnership between prehospital and emergency department teams through practical, evidence-based education that improves patient care.

Rich Mosher is a board-certified Flight Medic, Clinical Educator, and Podcast Creator with a 20-year history in the industry who is passionate about inspiring change within the culture of EMS and questioning “the way it’s always been done”. His background in field training, mentorship, and quality improvement was the inspiration for his desire and subsequent journey to change the standard of care, pushing the limits of the status quo, and improving professionalism within the industry. When he is not flying, teaching critical care review courses, or behind the microphone, he can be found at home getting into all sorts of trouble with his children, living every moment to its fullest as perhaps the biggest kid of all.
